How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? No problem — here's how to reset it in just a few steps.

How to reset your password:

Open the WordGo app and tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen.

On the Reset Your Password screen, enter the email address associated with your account, then tap Continue.

Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@bsfinternational.org with the subject "Nua Password Reset." It will contain a temporary password valid for 1 hour.

Return to the app and enter the temporary password in the "temporary password from email" field, then tap Continue.

On the Enter a New Password screen, type your new password and confirm it, then tap Save and Continue.

You'll see a confirmation message: "Password updated. Please sign in." Tap Ok and log in with your new password.

Note: If you don't see the email in your inbox, first double-check that you entered the correct email address. If it's correct, check your spam or junk folder. You can also tap "Resend email" on the "Reset your password" screen to request a new temporary password.
